ZISC Life Managing Director Honoured with Excellence in Customer Service Award


Lusaka, Zambia – October 29, 2025:The Chartered Institute of Customer Service Management (CICM) has honoured ZISC Life Managing Director, Mr. Collins Hamusonde, with the Excellence in Customer Service Award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and dedication to improving service delivery in the insurance sector.

Receiving the award, Mr. Hamusonde expressed gratitude to the institute for the recognition, reaffirming ZISC Life’s commitment to providing quality and reliable services to its customers.

“This award reflects the growing confidence our customers have in ZISC Life’s renewed focus on transparency, efficiency, and trust,” Mr. Hamusonde said. “We remain committed to exceeding expectations and restoring our reputation as a trusted insurance provider.”

Since assuming office, Mr. Hamusonde has spearheaded a number of reforms aimed at strengthening customer relations and operational efficiency. Key among these measures has been the clearance of outstanding customer claims, a milestone that also earned him a nomination for the Customer Experience Strategic Leadership Award.

Presenting the award, CICM Head of Business Development, Mr. Jeremy Moonga, commended ZISC Life for its renewed focus on service excellence and pledged the institute’s continued support in enhancing customer management standards across the organisation.
